WINTER PARK — John Rivers, Founder and CEO of Winter Park-based 4Rivers Restaurant, 4Roots Basis and Barbecue Ministry will be a part of Central Florida Enterprise Chief John Crossman Saturday, January 7 at 1:05 p.m. on The Crossman Dialog.
4Rivers is the family-owned restaurant chain spawned from a 2004 fundraising effort referred to as Barbecue Ministry which grew to become a ardour for supporting native colleges, church buildings and charitable organizations.
